Chharmanii's Commissions

Acknowledge that I am a digital illustrator and that my work is digital only, which means there will be no physical product shipment.

Commissions are for PERSONAL USE only. If you're interested in commissioning art for commercial use, please discuss it with me.

50% non refundable payment upfront before beginning the commission.

Once payment is completed, the client will be sent a non-watermarked version through email.

I reserve the right to decline a commission request for reasons that may or may not stay undisclosed.

As an artist, I retain all rights to created artwork. I reserve the right to repost and showcase the created art (such as add it into my portfolio) in digital or physical forms.

Commissions will be posted online, unless otherwise stated.

You may repost art at will as long as I am given credit and no profit is being made. (I appreciate being tagged!)

Commissions are in USD via Paypal Invoice (out of Mexico) or through bank transfer with the converted price (only in Mexico).

All commissions include multiple* drafts and revisions. (Explained in revisions section)

Please give me your email so I can give you a bigger image resolution and an un-watermarked image!

The client will be provided with one (1) Round of Revision per stage: the draft is presented to the client. The client has three (3) days to provide commentary and feedback. Once feedback is given, an update on the draft (with corrections) will be sent to the client for their approval. Only small changes regarding the stage will be accepted at this point. The artist will then move on to the next stage, and so on.

Revisions are not until “the client is satisfied”. Please be specific as to what you would like during each revision to avoid dissatisfaction.

Multiple revisions post-sketch stage may require additional charge due to time taken.

Post-sketch revisions involving big changes may require additional charge as if it were a new piece due to time taken.

I do not claim any rights to characters and other intellectual properties used in process of creation. (I will NOT claim the rights to your oc.)

Print the work for personal use.

Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.

Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.

Claim the artwork as yours.

Remove my watermark/signature.

Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.

Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.

Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.
